Information Accuracy: The accuracy of our reports depends on both the information and images you provide and, where applicable, the independent research undertaken by Fine Art Analytics (FAA). While FAA supplements client submissions with additional sources in higher service tiers, we cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in the materials you supply.

     3. No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee a successful outcome, the discovery of a complete provenance record, or that out findings will lead to an authentication or appraisal.

     4. Privacy Policy: We will handle your personal information and provided images in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

     5. Binding Agreement: Your submission constitutes a binding agreement to our terms of service and our pricing. Refer to the Pricing page for details.

     6. Client Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to provide the images and documentation submitted with this form. You also grant FAA a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the images you provide solely for the purpose of fulfilling the requested service.

     7. Limitation of Liability: You agree that the liability of Fine Art Analytics for any claim arising from or related to the services provided shall not exceed the total amount of the fee paid by you for the specific service.
